Registered Member HealthPlan

Personal, Proactive Healthcare

Our Registered Member HealthPlan is designed for patients who value continuity, accessibility and preventative care.

It provides ongoing clinical support within a clear annual fee, allowing us to deliver unrushed, relationship-based medicine while giving you predictability over costs.

HealthPlan members benefit from priority access to appointments, as we limit the number of non-registered consultations available each week to protect availability for registered patients.

What the HealthPlan Includes

  • Unlimited GP consultations
  • Unlimited nurse appointments
  • Comprehensive Annual Medical
  • FIT bowel cancer screening test
  • Seasonal flu vaccination
  • Continuity with your named GP
  • Priority appointment access
  • Access to emergency appointments

Exceptional Value

For context (fees for non-members):

  • Focused GP consultation (30 minutes) – £130
  • Extended GP consultation (40 minutes) – £160
  • Nurse appointment – £45
  • Annual Medical (Well person health check)– £375
  • Annual FIT screening (practice cost) – £50
  • Seasonal flu vaccination (practice cost) – £22

A small number of consultations in a year, together with an annual review and preventative screening, quickly exceeds the annual HealthPlan fee.

Laboratory & External Services

The HealthPlan covers clinical consultations and preventative review.

Where external services or investigations are required, there may occasionally be additional charges. We will always confirm any costs in advance.

Reports & Certificates

Professional reports, certificates and third-party documentation (for example travel letters, insurance forms, DVLA reports and medico-legal documentation) are not included within the HealthPlan.

HealthPlan members receive a 20% discount on published report and certificate fees.

Full details are available on our Reports & Certificates page.

Additional Charges

Some services may have a small additional charge where specialist equipment or consumables are required, for example:

  • Cryotherapy treatment sessions (for skin lesions)
  • Specialist wound dressings

We will always confirm any additional fees before treatment is carried out, so there are no unexpected charges.

Registration Eligibility

To ensure safe and coordinated care, registration with the HealthPlan is available to patients who:

  • Reside within approximately 10 miles of the practice
  • Live within the wider Salisbury area to support coordinated local services where required
