Some services fall outside routine clinical consultations and require formal written documentation.
These include reports, certificates and third-party forms that involve review of the medical record and professional declaration.
Such work is charged separately from consultations and from the Registered Member HealthPlan.

- Fitness to travel (without examination) – £45

Medical examinations with report
- Power of Attorney medical – £165
- Pre-employment medical – £165
- HGV / Taxi medical – £200
- Mental capacity assessment – £165
- Firearms certificate – £100
HealthPlan members receive a 20% discount on published report and certificate fees.
Processing Time
Documentation is usually completed within 28 working days. Urgent requests may be accommodated subject to availability.
