No time like the present for booking a health check. Our subscribing patients benefit from an annual health check with a written report as part of their membership. If this is something you have been considering, contact us for more details.

Here are a few tips to get the most out of your appointments:

  • Remember to fast for 12 hours before your blood test, but drink plenty of water to remain hydrated (black tea / coffee is also acceptable).
  • Bring in a urine specimen in a sterile container (to avoid contaminating your test results). Specimen pots can be purchased from pharmacies or collected from reception.
  • Arrive in plenty of time so you feel relaxed before your blood pressure reading is taken.

Refrain from using body lotions, creams or moisturisers in case the doctor recommends an ECG test during your appointment.
