It provides ongoing clinical support within a clear annual fee, allowing us to deliver an unrushed, relationship-based medical service whilst giving you predictability over costs.
HealthPlan members benefit from priority access to appointments, as we limit the number of non-member consultations available each week to protect availability for registered member patients.

Our HealthPlan covers clinical consultations and preventative reviews.
Where external services or investigations are required, there may occasionally be additional charges. We will always confirm any costs in advance.
All blood tests and other pathology are extra.
Professional reports, certificates and third-party documentation (for example travel letters, insurance forms, DVLA reports and medico-legal documentation) are not included within the HealthPlan.
HealthPlan members receive a 20% discount on published report and certificate fees.

No. We welcome both registered members and non-registered patients. If you only need a one-off appointment, you can book a consultation without joining our HealthPlan. If you think you’ll benefit from ongoing care, our membership options provide convenient access to our doctors and a range of additional benefits.
Yes. Most of our patients remain registered with their NHS GP while using our private services. This allows you to benefit from fast access to our doctors while continuing to receive NHS services where appropriate. With your consent, we can share relevant information with your NHS GP to help ensure continuity of care.
We aim to offer appointments as quickly as possible, often on the same day or within a few days, depending on availability. Our longer consultation times mean you have the opportunity to discuss your concerns without feeling rushed.
Yes. If your GP feels you need further investigation or specialist treatment, we can refer you to either NHS or private services, depending on your preferences and what is clinically appropriate. Please note that any investigations or treatment arranged outside the practice may incur separate charges.
We offer much more than GP appointments. Our services include health checks, vaccinations, travel assessments and vaccinations, women’s and men’s health, blood tests, cryotherapy, and ongoing management of many long-term conditions. Our experienced team provides personalised care for individuals and families. Additional charges may apply to some services.
